Owner of Whole Person Physical Therapy |
Physical Therapist | Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
I've always loved to move. As a former college baseball player who spent time off the field due to a low back and hamstring injury, I understand what it means to miss out on what you love most. Inspired by my father's physical therapy career, I was motivated to join his pursuit in helping others get back to what they love to do.
Over the last 14 years, I've helped people reclaim their active lives by working with the whole person. Through my extensive coursework with the Postural Restoration Institute, I firmly believe that restoring one's health deserves a much more thoughtful and integrative approach.
I believe people deserve to live a healthy and active life, without resorting to harmful and dangerous options. I offer a hopeful view that people can solve their problems using their own natural abilities. Sometimes all they need a little guidance along the way.
Nowadays, my movement life consists of impromptu family dance parties with my wife and 2 kids, playing in my home gym, or hiking in the Catskills on the weekends, all of which I enjoy deeply.
I am grateful to be able to share what I love to do, hopefully with you.
